Brian was born and raised in Margate. As a result, Brian has a more extensive knowledge of the area than most realtors that provides valuable insight for buyer’s. He is a graduate of Holy Spirit High School and The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. While playing basketball at Stockton, Brian earned several prestigious awards. He was Stockton’s “Male Athlete of the Year” in 2004 and 2005 and was selected to the 2005 NABC All-American Team. He was inducted into the 2015 Stockton Athletics Hall of Fame, Brian also has professional playing experience in Europe, allowing him to have seen much of the world. Hiltner joined the Hartman Home Team in November of 2011 where he continues to excel. He has earned a sales award from the NJAR every year since beginning working in real estate. Brian resides in Margate with his wife, Dana Hartman-Hiltner, their two sons Brayden & Liam, and their dog Joey.
