Summer and Short Term Tenants:

Are utilities included?
Utilities are not included in summer rentals. Depending on your lease and the length of your rental, some Landlord’s will ask for a Utility Deposit or for the utilities to be switched into your name.

What is considered a full summer lease?
A standard full summer lease will run the Friday before Memorial Day weekend to the Monday or Tuesday after Labor Day.
Are beach tags included?
The Hartman Home Team happily provides beach tags to all of our summer tenants at no additional charge. These will be available to you on day of move-in.

Yearly and Winter Tenants:

What is required prior to move-in?
First month’s rent and one and a half month’s security deposit.
How do I handle utilities?
Depending on your lease, utilities will may need to be transferred into your name prior to move-in. Please see our list of Utility Company Phone Numbers.

How do I set-up an appointment to look at rentals?
You can either submit your inquiry using the form in our Interested in Yearly Rentals tab on this page or contact our office at 609-487-7234 to speak with an agent.
What is a credit application and how do I fill one out?
A credit check is required for all prospective tenants. In order to have your credit run, please fill out our credit application in the credit application tab to the right. It must be accompanied by $15 check (made payable to Fox & Roach, LP) or cash, per applicant for each credit check. A background check may also be requested by Landlord, which is an additional $15 check or cash, per applicant.
