Dear Todd,
Just wanted to say “thank you, thank you, thank you” for everything. Rob and I are so happy that we got the house and we could have NEVER done it without you. You were both AWESOME. Now, Rob and I have our work cut out for us, MAJOR. I think he is ready to rip out the carpets, drop ceilings, EVERYTHING. Whatever. We’ll do it; and it’ll be beautiful. I’ll call you when it is done so you can see it. It could be a while, but it’ll all get done (ceiling, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, etc). Thanks again. I’ll miss you guys.
