This past Thanksgiving my wife, Mary and I had no idea that we were about to make the best decision of our lives. Mary has lived in Margate since the early 1950’s and I have been here since the late 1960’s. We were out having dinner and ran into Brian and Dana Hiltner, who are friends of ours but also realtors from Berkshire and Hathaway Home Service, Fox and Roach Realtors. That chance meeting turned into us meeting with Brian the next day to begin looking at homes in our area. Brian told us that when we were prepared to begin the selling/buying process all we had to do was call. He also added that he and Dana work “fast.” Within three days we found our new home. Brian and Dana came over and we signed all the necessary paperwork. Ten days later our house was sold and our bid was accepted on the new house. Brian and Dana were in constant contact, either by telephone or in person. All of our concerns and questions were handled promptly and in a professional manner. In what was a hectic three weeks the anxiety level was greatly reduced by their experience and help.
