I never imagined we would ever actually own a beach house, but we do, and it's been every bit as enjoyable as we hoped it would. I have known Paula since 2003. Her son, Todd, helped me buy a home. Todd responded to every call I made. After I bought my house, Todd gave me a gift, too. In June 2013, I gave them permission to sell my old house. Within a week, there were lots of buyers coming through. Hopefully, I will sell this soon.
